Dynamic 365 Developers – Remote

2+ years of experience with Dynamics 365 CRM required.

This position is responsible for the provisioning, development, and maintenance of our Dynamics 365 CRM platform. The ideal candidate will have sound knowledge in Dynamics CRM entities, workflows, configurations, customization development, integration development, Reporting, Dashboards, Web Resources, and CRM Solutions File Management
A qualified candidate is an expert at Dynamics 365 CRM with deep knowledge of the technical and functional aspects of the supporting technologies in the Microsoft ecosystem; has a strong background is the planning, designing, installing, configuring, and customizing of relational data modeling of Dynamics CRM solutions that are innovative, while observing best practices in regards to supported extensions of the platform.
Responsibilities:
Experience in customizations, JavaScript, C#, .NET, HTML and SQL Server, including plugins, scripting and form creation, CRM Web API, REST/OData, and SOAP endpoints
Experience in Angular JS is a plus
Significant knowledge of Dynamics 365 CRM, and the O365 platform as it pertains to feature sets that integrate with Dynamics CRM solutions, including SharePoint and OneDrive/OneNote
The ability to envision and document infrastructure and system design specifications via architecture design diagrams
Understanding of the Dynamics 365 CRM data model and at least 3 years designing, creating, customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM solutions, including innovative LOB solutions using both core CRM capabilities as well as custom xRM solution
Extensive experience setting up and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM with O365

2+ years Salesforce implementation & configuration experince required.

The Salesforce Developer position requires the ability to develop and support applications using Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Visual Force, and the Force.com platform.
As a Salesforce Developer, you will communicate with the business to ensure timely and effective delivery of Salesforce solutions for the business’s requirements. The ideal candidate is a diligent, hardworking individual who is able to learn new systems and processes rapidly, can work with little supervision, and is capable of delivering outstanding work at all times.
Responsibilities:
Expertise implementing in both Sales Cloud and Service Cloud a must
Admin and Platform Development I & II Certifications desirable
A thorough understanding of the Salesforce platform with the ability to interact with business users to understand requirements in order to translate them into design specifications
Salesforce administration, release management and deployment expertise
Excellent knowledge of Salesforce products and licensing models
Salesforce Development/Customizations (APEX, Visual Force, API, Workflows)
Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple detail-oriented tasks
Ability to influence at all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently as well as work in a team environment
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Data Migration Specialist – Remote

2+ years of CRM data migration experience required.
Responsibilities:
Map complex existing systems and evaluate functionality and customer/user experience.
Tactfully approach, engage, and influence stakeholders at all levels across the business.
Roll out, migrate, and integrate CRM projects (ideally MS Dynamics and SalesForce).
Act as an interface between business units, technology teams, and support teams.
Participate in end-to-end implementation planning including project management, issue management, communication and change management.
Responsible for the development, and on-going support of custom applications and objects within Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Performs data mining and analytical review of key business information obtained from Salesforce.com/Microsoft Dynamics and other platforms to develop and report on key monthly SLA metrics and proactively identify trends in the data.
